90-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition

  • Must be unused and in its original packaging
    (RC vehicles contain electronic components and moving parts, so used items cannot be resold)

To start your return, simply contact us at support@riggora.com with your order number.
We’ll send you full return instructions right away.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking number until your refund is completed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@riggora.com 

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

We’ll replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it.
In this case, you may return the item once it arrives for a full refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

For model changes or change-of-mind returns, please contact us within the 90-day money-back period.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this timeframe.

To maintain quality and safety standards, only unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 1 business day.

Depending on your bank, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
